At GIFTA:

We operate commercial fridges and freezers at our warehouse with capacity to store pallet loads of chilled and frozen stock safely on site.

Products are held under controlled conditions until dispatch.

All chilled and frozen shipments are sent next-day, fully tracked.
But we don’t stop there.
Before any chilled or frozen campaign goes live, we run internal temperature trials:

Boxes are packed exactly as they will be shipped.

Bluetooth thermometers are placed inside.

Temperature is tracked over 36 hours in transit simulations.

We ensure products remain below required thresholds for food safety.
We also work with industry-leading suppliers for temperature-controlled packaging, specifically designed for food and drink distribution. Over the last five years, we’ve shipped thousands of chilled and frozen products to influencers for clients such as Quorn.
